Great people ( well the owners ). They make the best jerky in this area also stop in and get bigger bags for alot less than. At the stores

From Cedar Creek Beef Jerky
Cedar Creek Beef Jerky is a small U.S.D.A inspected manufacturing facility. Our beef jerky takes longer to make than most competitors because ours is literally made one piece at a time. It is sliced from whole muscle beef and cooked in our homemade oven. We still package ours in a 4 oz bag while most of our competitors have gone to a smaller 3.5 oz bag. So, if you are looking for a great tasting snack made by people, not machines, look no further.
