Was in line to pay and came up behind a lady with a snake on her arm the cashiers were touching it and to my understanding the lady with snake worked there as well but was not on duty. I WAS NOT INPREST!!!

Is it common for the dollar general here to close with customers in their store? No final call for shopping customers and no bell to ring at the register? I even called out for an employee and nothing, Literally locked me in. Thankfully the employee hadn’t left yet and I was able to get her to let me out. yes I got there before they closed they just never checked for remaining customers.

They usually have what I need, however the isles are always full of items waiting to be put on the shelves.

I mean.... it's a Dollar General. Handy little store, hard to navigate, not enough room to pass another cart, and sometimes can't go down an aisle at all due to stocking carts. Friendly employee you feel bad for because they are literally running the whole dang thing themselves. But it's Dollar General! It's a prized jewel on the necklace of any small town! Having a Dollar General in your small rural town sets you apart as a big deal amongst the corn fields.
