I called and asked if he could switch out some spark plugs on my van. He said because I didn’t tell him in my first sentence what my car make and model was he wouldn’t take the job. He also said he didn’t know me. Not sure how you can expect to run a business with this kind of customer service. Wow….

Kern's garage saved our road trip. We hit a deer and he came out to his shop on the weekend to help us. Checked literally everything that could be checked, and fixed the damage enough to make us roadworthy. Wonderful man.
