I wish it would alow me to give zero stars but in order to write this review I had to give something.
I will never call them again after the run around they gave me over towing a vehicle from EP to a repair shop in Sikeston. Not only did they not stand behind the tow of my vehicle (after scheduling) they degraded the garage the vehicle was being towed to that my warranty company vetted and required me take it to. All because they think the repair shop is part of some drug ring. This should’ve been a simple tow from point A to point B but evidently they’re incapable of that. Grace Towing is unreliable, disrespectful and obviously delusional.

Ran out of gas going south on I57 after passing numerous closed down/abandoned gas stations, these fellas responded to my AAA roadside request fast, friendly folks!

They legit just stole my car there getting ready to be sued and charge with GTA. The reason was because I bought a parts car and didn't have a key so according to him it was stolen. The car literally doesn't run needed it for parts and instead of towing it to the destination AAA gave them and paid them to take it they decided after loading it that they were gonna take it to the shop because they don't understand what a parts car is

A friend of mine called D&K and talked to Darrell and he had him call these people Gary and Gary sent out John and John came out unprepared came back and worked and took 4 people to work on one THING and they used a blowtorch and after 6 hours it still wasn't fixed and it was worst off than when they started. My friend had to go with them to get the parts because they had no money nor parts at the shop. With that being said after they messed it up even more they wanted $600 and nothing was done. He pictures to show. DO NOT GO WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT MECHANICALLY INCLINED AS THEY CLAIM TO BE. They don't deserve the one star

I took my car into Grace Performance in East Prairie, Mo. Awhile back. I got wonderful service and repair. The owner Gary Hancock was very professional and fun to spend time with while my car was being repaired. Big thanks to Grace Performance.
