Great service and very veteran focused. I had very little to worry about through the loan process. They ensured they kept me informed of any changes as soon as possible and ensured I always knew how to complete each step of the process. Would do business again.

Total unmitigated incompetence. The one star is because you have to rate it something. I wish I had went with USAA for my mortgage loan. Over $350 in missing escrow money, and no one at Veterans United knows (or cares far as I can tell) where it is. If I had to get a home loan from them again, I'd opt to live in a van down by the river.

unrelenting spam calls if you make the mistake of filling out an inquiry.. And I really mean "unrelenting" - completely over the top - as fast as I block numbers they call on new ones - Don't even think about it unless you enjoy abuse

Veterans United helped us with everything during our home buying process. Malika was super amazing when working with us for credit issues and Mike did an outstanding job answering our many many questions. Last, but not least, Chris was super quick and helpful in responding to our requests and providing us with required documents.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Received over 10 spam calls from them AFTER I already was being helped, repeatedly asked them to stop calling, they did not. Can't block them because they call from several different numbers.
