Small company 10-12 people on every shift, new company, been around for about a year, doesn’t have a lot of structure and training put into place, they have this chemical called epoxy resin watch out for this stuff, it somehow got on my arms and face, the next morning both my arms was in hives and my face was swoll, I had to go to the emergency, I was scratching for weeks I couldn’t sleep for days, The first day they didn’t train me or tell me how to wear my PPE, they just threw me on a machine,

This is not a good place to work. They do not have control climate. They do not have the right PPE for working w carbon fiber, fiber glass. The Manager Dennis also did not turn my time card in to payroll I have not received my last check.
