I had a pretty good experience here. No issues for me. Appointment 9/20/24 @ 11:00am. I arrived @ 10:00am and was unloaded with signed BOL'S in my hand by 11:30am.
It was me and another driver there, so maybe that's why. But guess what? I'm not complaining ??♀️??

Delivery drivers blocking driveways from other busy businesses, do not care if you politely asked them not to, calling company and all you can do leave a message on all extensions. Ridiculous company....

Live unload - quick in. Smaller lot for maneuvering, but if there aren't many trucks, you'll be fine. Issued door straight away, small wait for truck to move and immediately started unloading. Been here total 31 minutes and close to done. 11/21/23 Would come back anytime a receiver is quick!Yes entrance is for SUMMIT don't blink you'll miss it!

Impossible to get ahold of anyone here. I've been trying to setup an account and they're completely non-responsive. Tried every option on the phone tree - all dead ends. No response via email. No response via the contact form on the web site. I even tried reaching out to individual employees I could find on LinkedIn. No response.

Would give ZERO stars. There is a literal merry-go-round of staff as they cannot retain people. Trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone as a joke. Trying to get a return call from anyone is a joke. How they're still in business .... I have no idea. I would be appalled if my beer was represented by Summit.

I do not understand why such reviews.?The appointment is at 11:30. I arrived at 8:50, and after 40 minutes it was empty. Definitely 5 stars.A large yard, a lot of space for maneuvering. There is a toilet.One of the best companies.

I would give them a negative 5 stars if possible. I've dealt with summit for over 8 years and the one thing they have going for them is consistency.... consistent on being a terrible company. Customer service is complete s@#t and delivery has never been on point. They push back deliveries without contacting the customer via however they communicate( two solo cups and a string or maybe carrier pigeon). I sent a angry email once because I couldn't get my delivery or a response for a week and walked into a grocery store and there were reps building a castle out of beer on a Saturday. My mind was blow... someone was mad at my email and sent Jay to come and give me a talking to and that I was out of line for my opinion and for being angry. I was shocked that they tried to intimidate me. What a terrible way to deal with your customers..... any way I could go on forever on how uncool this company is so I'll leave you with this.Negative 5 star ratingDon't start a account unless you absolutely have to.Don't expect much from summit except for a bad experience.Reps, sales and warehouse management is a joke .

This company has always been horrible pre Covid-19, but who would have thought they could get worse. Google needs a negative star review as they don't deserve 1 single star. We haven't been able to place an order, the lady who sets your account up via email isn't helpful and provides wrong information. You call to speak to someone and are told a supervisor will call you and they never do. Online system doesn't work and they want you to leave a message with your order on an answering machine.Whoever owns this company must employ all of their relatives. That is the only reason I can see that they haven't fired everyone and hired better staff. To say they are unprofessional is an understatement. I am grateful my customers don't throw a fit and understand this company is horrible and we can't get product from them. Throw the entire company away and start from ground zero because horrible staff starts with horrible management. You are only as strong as your weakest link, so they are in shambles.

The worst! Me along with quite a few other bars have stopped using them period! Horrible customer service! No call backs, no email back, no representative contact! They have left us a few times without beer for a week, their logistics is a joke! When your pumping out 150 cases of beer a week during the pandemic and they cannot contact you, well its just not worth it! Sad, we really would live to carry their products, they make it impossible!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I never write reviews. If you do not have to carry Summit's products, DO NOT. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Missouri distribution laws require us to order certain products from them and they know it. They RARELY return phone calls or answer messages and the delivery is a joke. Don't expect product from this company on a timely matter or really EVER if you don't constantly harass them. And the worst part, the only way to harass them is to leave a million messages (that are never answered).
