Working with Pods was Fast and Easy. The booking process took about 10 minutes tops. The delivery was Fast and Smooth, The driver Bob was excellent and Informative. We actually had a nice conversation and have a lot in common. Bob is cool .... More people should be like Bob.

Bob was my driver who delivered the POD. He was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to make our experience great. We had a handful of difficulties with where the POD could be positioned in our driveway and Bob did everything he could to make it work for us. Everything ended up going smoothly and we had a great experience overall!

Jason did a great job picking up the Pod. He is very friendly and making sure all the rules are followed by having correct paperwork on file. I will highly recommend Jason for any Pod job.

The process of delivery was amazing. My driver, Bob, was very professional and explained things in detail to me. He was very informative. The pod itself, seems very sturdy was clean and they even had a lock. I could purchase a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Waiting for delivery for 2.5 hours. They are very rude and disrespectful to the truckers. You have to wait for loading al they truck, then maybe they will unload you

Really awesome to work with. The driver Jason, showed up and courteously walked me through the whole process and worked with me to ensure that the container had enough clearance to get one car out of my garage. Would definitely use this service and driver again. Also big savings compared to movers haha!

My wife and I were very impressed with Bob, who picked up our loaded Pod this afternoon. He called about 30 Minutes before pick up which we appreciated and arrived when scheduled. Besides being nice and friendly, he was also very skilled and efficient. He made the pick up of our Pod look like an easy task, though we know it really wasn’t.

Everything has been excellent so far. Ordering and delivery was a simple process and drama free. Bob, who delivered the pod, was professional and friendly. Answered all my questions, even my random questions about the hydraulic system. Nice conversation, and quick and perfect placement of the pod.
Dennis dropped off the pod right where I wanted it. Unlocked and Checked the contents and ratcheted a gas grill into place which had shifted.Excellent and Friendly Professional job.
Highly recommended!!!

This was the 2nd move that I've used PODS in the last 5 years. The driver for the delivery to my new home was Dennis Smith and I was grateful that he was able to land the container in my driveway with a rather healthy downward slope without any problems.
The drivers have been courteous & receptive every time I've interacted with them in Earth City, MO
