Before leaving the hospital in Cumbi Missouri to bring my son back to At Louis to finish his recovery- University Hospital set up prescribed Oxygen. The Earth City location gave us such a run around. They were difficult to contact. Then once we got through to a real person we were told there was no order. The hospital staff assured me that email order was sent and that they needed to open their emails. My husband tried again an hour later since I was now driving my son home with his 5 hr o2 temporary O2. Lin are told him the order world be delivered today. My husband offered to pick it up because of the urgency of the temporary tank running out. He was told that is not how it works. They are a delivery service and it would be at our house today. That was about 3 pm. It is now 8:25 pm. Still no deliver or email or phone call. We call and call and call finally connected to after hour person who is in another area and she says an account was never even put in the computer for our son in Earth City. She tried to call earth city after hour line and they don't answer for her. At this point our sons oxygen tank is drained and his saturation levels are dropping. This is a horribly managed office. I have zero confidence in them and now am anticipating a trip back to the er

my wife was well pleased with the way lincare handle itself in particular Brad the delivery guy went out of his way to help her out. my wife has since passed but lincare did a fine job and with great concern for all they did thank you very much lincare and staff God bless you all

Contacted Lincare multiple times to come pick up the oxygen concentrator that we no longer need for a new cpap machine. They kept lying to me about sending someone over to pick it up. I have been waiting the whole day today and no one shows up. No phone call to contact me whatsoever. I think they just want to keep charging me the monthly rental fee for the equipment.

No one calls back, no one answers messages, even your "we care" team isn't there!
Is the goal that if you kill all your patients, you won't have to do any more work?
I need to speak to a human being TODAY. Do those exist at this company anymore???

Tried contacting the company at least 5 times with only one result: listening to the same recorded message and ending up serving no one's interest other than the people on the other end enjoying a coffee break. This is NOT CUSTOMER CARE ??

It's as though this company does not want to sell parts! For more than 2 months I have been trying to order parts for my CPAP machine with no luck. I have left messages and spoken to people at both the local office and national. They promise to get back with me, but never do. Meanwhile, my health is deteriorating! I don't think they care.

I have been using Lincare since 2015. The service was very good. Lately though, the service is not the same. Too much automation, dropped calls, hang up calls, dropped orders, orders placed but not delivered. I'm not sure what has happened but I got very frustrated trying to place my last oxygen order, and it was still messed up.

I wish I could leave 0 stars !! Every single member of staff here are absolutely terrible, rude, condescending beyond belief.! Slu directed me to lincare for my wife’s feeding tube supplies6 days later and 50 phone calls to this place I finally got one lousy box of food ! The very rude receptionist keeps barking at me about how some caseworker will be reaching out to me to establish a food delivery schedule for my wife , tomorrow will be 7 days and still no call back as promised around 20 times so far .my wife’s life depends on this service !! Slu hospital needs to stop referring this lincare company !! I’m going to have to find another source immediately for life substaining vital importance food and equipment. Obviously lincare has no desire or priorities to provide this vitally important service . Unbelievable!! Stay clear of these people unless you want your loved ones to starve and die

We had to grab a few oxygen tanks at the last minute when we were out of town - the lady on the phone was very quick to help and has the oxygen ready for us when we got there!

Shady company!!! Sends endless, unauthorized supplies and months later you'll get the bill. You won't want to do business with them. Shady business practices.

DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD. They will "accidentally" sign you up for recurring charges, they will spam call you, and you will get robo-calls for "medical supplies".
