I've been a customer of Jon Don for almost 20 years and was treated 10x better as a technocian for a company than a business owner that bought and had their truck mount installed here. This company has just continued to go down hill over the last few years. Lack of knowledge in store. Their service dept could really use proper management by people in that are knowledgeable about the equiptment they service. Will also likely charge you online prices for shopping in the store. I've now sent 3 emails to their customer support over the course of 15 days with zero response. There are many companies out there that provide similar products. Do yourself a favor and use someone elseThe store manager did reach out to me. Within the 1st sentence corporate was blamed for not responding to emails. A store manager that blames someone else for an issue instead of representing the company as a professional. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Don't remember the salesman's name...just have the initials "NYY" in the salesman box on my receipt. I was quite impressed by his attitude and willingness to go the extra length to help us out. If he didn't know the answer he either searched for it or asked someone that knew the answer. With this kind of work ethic I can say for sure Jon-Don will be my go to place!

Great location if you are in need of immediate supplies. To be perfectly honest I prefer to use the website, most items are delivered by the next day.

I've been going there for several years now. Even from on their old location. I primarily purchase for carpet cleaning supplies that I also purchased restoration equipment supplies as well. The service there is always top-notch it always willing to help you wherever and however they can if they do not have it in stock they can get it to your door the next day.

Over charged me by almost twenty bucks.. they have a case price and a single price.. I gotCharged the singles price when I bought by the case.. when I said something a guy just said those are old tags.. and walked off. The girl that checked me out said sheMight be able to help me but I would have to wait Till sheChecked every one else out that was in line after me.. . I hardly ever goTo Don Jon.. almost always go to Interlink. Sad I went to them. But was running short on time.

As a janitorial & carpet cleaning supplies place I really like the place. Granted you need a business to really shop or get training here or a good story. They sell individual & bulk items. Discounts are available for buying in bulk. Some items like finish mop heads... you might need to understand how synthetic fibers create lint free finish mops & not depend on their marketing of "finish mop head". Just a old school experience to save $$$.
