They keep delivering our packages to the wrong address last time I checked wall st is nothing like south walnut st they are making us stress over the stuff we ordered for Christmas thank you to the man that lives at the walnut address he brought them all to us ups should pay him

I wrote an earlier review concerning this issue. This is an update. I had a package disappear during shipping from vendor back in August. UPS swore they gave it to USPS. USPS said they never received it. Never got to local post office or to me. Ultimately, the sender gave me a refund. Today, I received an email from the vendor stating that they got the package back last week. Thought it was someone phishing for information, so I called vendor and they verified the return. Looking at UPS tracking it appears that on 11/28/2023, the package reappeared and they tried to pass it off to USPS, but then UPS updated the address and returned the package to the vendor. Where has it been? No one can or will say. Another package I took to UPS for return in July also disappeared. That vendor tried to recharge me until I provided them a copy of the receipt showing I dropped it off, and they saw that it was scanned thru the same UPS hub. Something is peculiar! Very sketchy!

If I could give 0 stars I would. There seems to be some scam/fraud activity at this facility between the UPS drivers from the Earth City, MO location and the nearby Amazon warehouse on Springdale Rd. I had a package with expensive gifts and important work related material that was not delivered to the correct address. The driver allegedly took my package to the Amazon Warehouse instead to the address that was on the label. I say allegedly because the person that the driver said signed and received the package at Amazon warehouse was not working that day and is actually off on Thursdays (the day the package was to be delivered). I know this information because after visiting the UPS Earth City location and was told the package was delivered to the Amazon Warehouse , I went to the Amazon Warehouse and was told by the manager that the person who allegedly signed for it does not work on Thursdays. The Amazon workers searched for the package and could not locate it. This was actually less than an hour after the invoice from UPS said it was delivered there. I spoke with several UPS workers from the Earth City location and was told several conflicting information. I was told initially that the driver that handle my package could not go and look for it and they could not contact him while in route. Later that evening I was told from someone named Justin (allegedly a upper management) that they would send that same driver out to look for it at the Amazon warehouse. Then the next day I receive a phone call stating they sent another driver not the original driver to look for the package at the Amazon warehouse. All untrue information, they didn't send anyone to Amazon looking for a mistake that their driver supposedly made! The ironic part is this EXACT SAME SITUATION happen back in July with my mother's package from the same Earth City location, and she was given the EXACT SAME INFORMATION. How is it that drivers from this Earth City location losses packages and claim they deliver it to an Amazon facility and falsify delivery acceptance? I truly believe its a scam to steal packages that's how! BEWARE when shipping thru this UPS Earth City location you will not receive your package and will not get any accurate information on its whereabouts or why it was not scan and delivered like the process says is should!

Ups express driver walked off with my package. Now package is missing. Don't trust UPS. Called UPS several times and complained, but no help at all from UPS.

I placed an order with a company like I normally do from time to time. This particular time UPS left of my apartment # from my address! They failed to notify me of their mistake ! After calling to track my package & speaking to someone in a call center out of the US & being given 3 different delivery dates I still haven't received my package! I finally called corporate being exhausted with the run around! They shipped my package to Texas! They told me they have an address on file for me in Texas ! ALL LIES !! THE DELIVERY DATE CONTINUES TO CHARGE ! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE !! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION CHOOSE IT ! Try Amazon or FedEx if possible because UPS is garbage & they will lie to you just to get you off the telephone!! If I could rate them 1/4 of a star or 0 stars that's what it would be ! I'm DONE dealing with disrespectful unappreciated companies that we as customers keep them working !! They have ZERO RESPECT FOR THE CONSUMER !!

I had a horrible experience here today. I got lost driving around trying to find the customer center. A big UPS truck drives up close onto my car and begins to lay hard on their horn and wave the F-U finger at me. Totally unprofessional. I'm sure they have to be used to people lost at this site location and that kind of aggressive behavior is not excusable.

UPS is horrible for making delivery or trying to pick up your packages. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday and when I called to check on it the automated system told me that ian attempt was made at 230pm but nobody answered the door which was a lie because it was two people in the house. So the person did not ring the doorbell or the person never showed up. Then I asked for them to hold it because they were going to put my shipment at an auto parts store close to my home and said somebody will call me within an hour it never happened and now my package is at a UPS location in Earth City Missouri that is closed on the weekends but they're telling me I can pick it up today I hate UPS I will not use them for anything. When you try to call UPS all you get is this automated system that is no help at all keeps asking the same questions over and over it's just too frustrating dealing with UPS.

Earth city ups is nothing but liars!!! They keep your packages making them way late talking about bad weather when there isn't any!!!!. I live 5 mins away from this place! Customer service is very poor!

Generally, we have no issues with UPS, but currently they have failed to deliver our item 3 work days (5 days total). We ordered a large furniture piece from Amazon which comes in 3 boxes. Day 1 (Thursday, July 23rd 2020): we got an "out for delivery" message from UPS stating that they had three boxes. Around 5pm the truck arrived with one box. The driver said that indeed his records showed three boxes, but only one was loaded on the truck. At that point our item showed as "delivered" on Amazon. Day 2 (Friday, July 24th): we again get the message that our item is out for delivery. We track it on the map as it circles our neighborhood for hours, until we see it head for the warehouse. My husband calls UPS and speaks to someone who promises to follow up the next day. He specifically gives them his cell number. We do get a call from them on our HOME phone, but can't get to the phone fast enough. There's no voicemail, and I guess they consider the "follow up" done. They don't deliver on the weekends. Day 3 (Monday, July 27th 2020) is a repeat of Friday - truck drivers around the neighborhood several hours and leaves at 7pm, although we're supposed to expect delivery by 9pm. At one point the map actually showed it literally on our corner, but then it changed direction. This is frustrating and unexceptable! This is happening in University City, MO.

I expected a package to be delivered on a friday. When I checked the status of the package Friday morning, it then said it will be delivered on Monday. Unfortunately they do not have a direct line that I can call, so I had to call the 1-800 #. The reason given to me was because of "Covid" and "they are understaffed". I've had plenty of packages arrive on time from different delivery services with 0 problems. And if you're understaffed, then why are you closed on Saturday and Sunday? Don't you think to compensate for that, you should at least be open on Saturday, especially during Covid? Aren't you all essential? They said my package is still on a trailer. Wow, so not only is it late, the contents will be ruined because of the heat. Thanks UPS :/ They seriously dropped the ball on this one, and they have ruined the surprise gift I had for my grandpa. Will not be using them ever again.
