I used to work for this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The management is horrible and the way they run their pharmacy is just as bad. It's a shame also because with the correct management, this place could flourish but they refuse to treat humans with common decency.

Stay away from at all costs. You never get deliveries on time you barely get a phone call saying that they're going to be late. They have no idea what they're doing

They are handling a order for equipment for me. And I have gotten nothing but the run around. Or people that will not call me back. No one knows the managers names of the department. I can’t seem to even get them to call me back. The equipment is already expensive. Now I have the added stress of having to hunt down. People just to ensure all of my information has been received. And when it will be sent to my doctor to verify the need. And looking at the previous reviews. I am not the only one that has had a horrible experience with them. I would have never used this company. However Boston Scientific deals with them.

Really wish i could give this company 0 stars!!!!!RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have been using this pharmacy for almost 4 years. In the beginning, the company was very good at refill reminders and the staff was always polite and helpful.... then they were bought by Acaria Health Solutions. In 2018 i stopped receiving ALL communications from them about refills/deliveries. This resulted in me contacting them 2 weeks prior to needing my meds and they claimed to be "waiting on my insurance" along with other excuses. This has caused my med deliveries to be a week late on MULTIPLE occasions! Now I am without my life sustaining medications and i will be switching pharmacies to a company that treats their customers the way they deserve to be treated.

I would not recommend this company for any reason. I used them because this was who the Portland VA said had the replacement piece of medical equipment I needed. There were no clear instructions initially for the Dr to order the part. I was eventually called by the company who emailed me the paperwork the Dr needed to sign along with instructions on what my surgeon needed to do. I was called several weeks later stating I never sent the insurance authorization form. She claimed she sent it in the email with the paperwork for the Dr until I offered to forward her original email proving it was never sent. I mailed it the next day. Ten days later I get a call stating they never received it so I went and faxed a copy. Today I get a call to have it shipped, but they put me on hold so they can "run the credit card" from VA purchasing department before shipping. I just feel they should have done a better job communicating to the Dr initially as well as insuring all necessary paperwork was sent together. Maybe I am wrong, but I feel like I shouldn't be telling the Dr what she needed to fill out and where it needed to be sent to get my replacement equipment. I sure hope this isn't how they treat all customers.

Messages not returned, long wait times on phone calls, packages don't always arrive when they say they will. Once my insurance denied a claim and they waited several days to call me back. The people I talk to always seem nice but the service is horrible

Just got a call from them that read like a scam six ways from Sunday, but turned out to be legitimate (Allergist accidentally sent it there, or something). Worse off they had called my Mom's phone instead of mine so that added very little validity to it. Woman on the phone kept interrupting my mom so often.

If I could give zero stars I would, Foundation Care is contracted by Boston Scientific to handle replacements of Control Spinal Cord Stimulator. I have been trying since september. I never get all requirements at one time, it is piece meal over time to put me off. Since I cant get the Control now I have to seek surgery to remove the implanted Spinal Cord Stimulator. They wont take the information from the Doctors that have it, they MUST have it from the ONE doctor that does not! Waste of Medicaid Funds! Services that are Worthless and Inadequate care!
