This is quite possibly the worst freight company in the United States. They are never on time and every single person I’ve spoken to has had the worst attitude and provided zero help whatsoever. I would never in a million years depend on a this company again.

Review edited as original review was for Forward Final Mile (different company). We did not actually use Forward LTL but I was unable to remove my review.

Not usually open to the public but some individual drop off and pick up is at the customer level. Predominately, this is a distribution warehouse.
