The only thing I did not like is $150 charge they hold until check out. That's a lot... other than that EVERYTHING was so good. Cleanest hotel I've ever seen. ♥️

Stayed recently for business.Rooms are nice and clean and have some good amenities. Gym and laundry on site. My company only expenses lunch and dinner since most hotels have complimentary breakfast...this one does not. That was a definite drawback. Also while refunded, the 150 dollar deposit is steep compared to others and you must be prepared for that out of pocket. Also 5 dollars a day for parking with ample parking was a bit of a surprise.Overall if you don't mind no breakfast and the fees then I would recommend for location, service and amenities in room. Otherwise I would look elsewhere.When traveling for business I would not return due to the aforementioned reasons.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. I have stayed several times Greg Michael and Frank and the whole staff are wonderful. Just wanted to bring something to your attention that took place the week before Christmas holiday I had called in to check to see if yall had rooms available the girl that answered the phone was very rude and short with me on the phone I spoke to Michael about the incident but wanted to mention to Frank as well just to make him aware. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable.

Great hotel just a short drive from St. Charles. Everything you need to make a longer stay comfortable, but we were only there for one night. Incredibly personable staff, would absolutely stay here again.Food & drinks: Not much dining close by, but St. Charles is just a few minutes away.

Greg, the front desk concierge at the hotel, was the best thing about our stay. His professionalism, care, and attention to his guests is high class. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, from helping us with a room change, to making sure we were amply supplied with every linen and towel needed. Greg is a true asset to the hotel and I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting.Greg, you are fantastic and I greatly appreciate your services.

Hubby and I are over the road truckers and our dispatchers whose trailers we use are located in Bridgeton, Missouri. When we have a couple days before heading out or until we pick up or deliver, we usually treat ourselves to a hotel for a night or two just to get better rest and to get a good shower.Now when we need a hotel we got to our app Vio , which is where we find cheap hotels for an affordable price, being owner operator sometimes money is tight so we try getting the best but for less, whatever amenities or benefits come with are simply a bonus, like this time this place has FREE washing and drying literally FREE along with gym equipment FREERooms: Has a comfortable chair, Panasonic tv, a dvd/vcr player, plenty of lighting, plenty of outlets, queen size bed and a desk to do work atBathroom is furnished with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Take your dirty towels and get fresh clean towels.Safety: Your key is used to enter the laundry room and gym area plus in your room you can get a bathroom with a shower you just walk right into, no stepping in a tub. A seat is mounted on the wall to sit and wash up with the shower head that removes to rinse yourself off!Noteworthy details: Ice maker is in your room in the full fridge/freezer, a couple dishes are available in your room along with utensils, a toaster, cups, and a pot to boil water or cook in, a tiny 2 burner stove, and a dishwasher.

Had this place booked for me for a work trip and the room was nice enough but they don't tell you until you're checking in that their incidental fee is 150 dollars. And then they told me that it would be 7-10 days to get it back. That was a lie. It's 7-10 days on a credit card. Just called customer service 13 days later and they said with a debit card it can take up to a month to get that money back. There are plenty of better motels around the area I recommend finding one.

After paying $480 for 4 nights through Expedia (big mistake) I get charged an extra $20 on a separate credit card for PARKING. As if parking is an issue in Earth City. I feel like staying at this dumpy place for this amount was a rip off.

Everything was great about our 8 day stay here. All of the staff we saw were very friendly and welcoming. We had one minor bathroom sink issue which was easily resolved.

No complimentary breakfast, said it was snacks available in the store. The store was empty. No drinks no snacks. I wasn’t told about the $150 deposit until I checked in luckily I had just enough. Because the room was already paid for and I couldn’t get free cancellation anymore. They don’t supply you with toothpaste or tooth brushes this is the first hotel I have ever been too that has non of that. What’s crazy is I usually have it but this time I actually needed it.The gentleman at the front desk was awesome and the room was nice.

Extremely Personal you'll be ok az long az you don't make any complaintz...even if you've been staying with them for 4+ months.....Rooms: Rooms had evidence of prior guests several times upon check-in...I never complained I juzt threw it away and cleaned and sanitized the room...

The moment we checked in we were greeted by Greg. His energy was amazing the entire say. With all the other guest he encountered he recalled previous conversations we had with him. What great customer service. All the staff we encountered was friendly. The room was an nice size and the location was a 10 minute drive to all the places we were going to visit. The only thing I needed was a softer bed due to my back. Thank you to Greg for making this a great stay and thanks to Rodney for checking us out and letting me take pictures.Oh yeah, the room had a VHS player?
