Josh diagnosed and replaced a faulty alternator when we broke town hours from home at a very inconvenient time. He went way out of his way to help us out of a bind, and his work was thorough, careful, and impeccable. We also asked him to replace drive belt, oil and filter in the process. Great big shout out to this auto shop, was getting my tires replaced up the road at Ball and Prier Tire and had a tire with the lug nuts on so tight the tire shop was afraid of breaking a bolt, they sent me to these guys and they got me right in , it took a 4 foot cheater bar and two of them on the bar to get it loose, they checked to make sure there was no damage to the bearings and then only charged me .......$20 , very courteous and professional, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESSService: Tyres

My husband and I were driving a rental car from Eureka Springs to Springfield, our engine began to overheat and we were afraid we would have to tow. Josh and Caleb were so kind to stop what they were doing in their busy day and help us get back on the road. Cannot overstate our satisfaction with their service, and highly recommend them to anyone. The professional and courteous team from the owner on down was a breath of fresh air. They diagnosed my F150 pickup within a few hours and parts ordered and shipped from there supplier by 1pm the next day. Truck was ready for pick up later that day.
