EDIT TO RESPOND. I dont need to call highway patrol. This is my review on YOUR COMPANY and how you handled everything. That car wasnt even there an hour before you towed it AND LEFT THE CAR IN YOUR LOT LEANING WITHOUT BEING JACKED BACK UP OR ON BRICKS. YOU KNOW THAT CAN DAMAGE A CAR AND U KNOW U DAMAGED IT DRAGGING IT WITHOUT ANY TIRES ON THE DRIVER SIDE. I honestly feel like u all are theives. U didn't even want to meet to give the car back!!This company stole my mom's vehicle off a false police report. The vehicle wasn't on the side of the road for a whole day before they took it. We took both tires off so she could get new tires and the car was left jacked up. Robert's left it on the lot, not on jacks, bricks, or nothing. Robert's took it AND DAMAGED THE FRONT BUMPER. They're claiming it was like that and it was not. So not only are they not handling vehicles with care, they're not taking accountability for their mess ups. For that reason alone, I definitely don't recommend them. Good luck!

Robert is an amazing gentleman! He went way out of his way, in the cold rain to get my vehicle unlocked, even though it was a very challenging task, he was determined to get me in that truck! I would recommend him a million times. Thank you, Robert!

This is very rude guys please don’t go there yesterday my truck broke down at general mill haniball and I said this tow company please drop my truck at loves repair shop this tow guy told me we have shop we will fix it after that when we reached at his shop they just check 5 min and tell us we can’t repair it please need to drop at frightliner I said ok and he charged me extra 400$ for towing and 120$ for repair which nothing done after that I said already pay 400$ for 2.5 mile why I pay extra 400$ +120$ they said me you cannot get your truck if you don’t pay me 520 $ they are thief please don’t go there all 5 reviews like 5 star not by customer it’s by self if any option about 0 star then I will give them 0 very rude guys……when I reached at frightliner they changed my starter and we good to go
