“best post office in the country . I never got govermnet employes treating me so well ,this was definatelly the first time . where I live (miami florida) they have no time for people . I hope they swap some miami people with those nice folks in carthage MO. I am gonna miss ur treatment ....but not the weather :)”
“The post offices in Joplin have always had really good customer service because employees go above and beyond to make patrons feel welcome, to explain all the services, and to help them choose the correct option for their needs. I'm really grateful for the work they do, along with our awesome postal carriers, and I hope our country goes back to paying them what they are worth!”
“I've had problems multiple times of my postal carrier not shutting my mailbox and leaving my mail exposed to theft and the weather conditions such as rain. I've called multiple times, left notes in my mailbox for the carrier, filed complaints, and nothing has never been addressed. The carrier left me a note once saying my mailbox needed repaired. There's nothing wrong with my mailbox as it's like new. The carrier just won't close my lid till it snaps closed. She won't deliver my mail also if there's someone parked in front of my mailbox either. I have to wait till the next day to get my mail. It's so frustrating, but what else can you do when dealing with the post office.”

“Post Office tour #289 stop by Diamond today to check out their post office. Nice and clean was not open when I stop by. I understand that the town was named for a diamond-shaped tract of land near the original town site. However unsure were this was located.”
