Finish Line is a well maintained business & very clean in appearance from the moment you drive in the parking lot off of hwy136 then entering the front doors. For being a Mechanic Shop a person would think it would smell dirty or not organized. But I have never been to a Mechanic Shop that the staff is so so polite & concerned about the problems in my vehicles then fixing the problem or problems. As long as I am living in Northern part of Missouri, there will be NO other Mechanic Shop that I would consider to go too.Finish Line gots my two thumbs up, ?With me thinking, that I got them to fix my problems.

Very unhappy with most recent experience. Got my vehicle back, and upon inspection found multiple bolts loose, missing washers, or missing in general. Was also told beforhand my battery was no good and had to be replaced. When I picked it up I asked for the old battery. I was told it worked amd was re-installed. Then had to be reimbursed for the new battery I was charged for. I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere.Service: Engine repair
