“Really top notch folks here. Have even had issues with another delivery company that I’ve gotten help correcting from the folks in the Dittmer Post Office. Late on a Friday hours after close and they still pick up and help me with yet another fedex snafu.”
“Our mail carrier Doug is amazing! He has gone out of his way a few times to get us our packages and an item that we lost. We lost a tablet and he found it on the side of the road and returned it to us! Not many people would have done that. Anyone I've came into contact with from this post office has been so nice and accommodating. New postmaster and all of her employees are great! Thank you for all that you do!!”
“Its kinda odd that I'm writing a review for a post office.. but these men and women are severely undervalued and unappreciated. And often get the brunt of end of the rude stick from personal misrepresentation. I don't think we as a society fully understand or comprehend what these men and women go through each and every day. I think if anyone of us had to walk a mile in their shoes each day we would have a way different approach to them. Faye and Joe are both amazing Clerks and make a great team! The management team is exceptional, both Sandy and Tonilee are the very best at what they do. They know the ins- and outs of the postal system. I have seen the carriers in action and they are very hard working people who actually DO CARE and their customers and try everything within their means to bring them the best customer service possible. The Post Office can be a complex place. But they have no problems answering any and all of your questions.”

“Lobby is open 24 hours of course for people wanting to access their PO Boxes. But besides that, their window is open Saturday from 11am to 12:45pm. Also the Window is open Monday through Friday 8am until noon.”
