Zero surprises at the many one star reviews regarding ruined items. Located a significant distance away from their home base and the truck driver's driving was so bad, I tried to call to report them to the company but no voicemail or way to leave a note. 80 in a 55 is incredibly dangerous and the driver clearly did not care about other drivers' safety and continued tailgating horribly.

They will damage your house hold goods then only offer you not even half the price for reimbursement. Scratched the paint on my $1700 patio set and broke the support beam on my $2700 couch.

First off, the truck sat for 3 weeks in Memphis then I was never given a delivery date, I had to call them. Then when they finally decided to deliver, it was a no notice call and the driver asked me can I meet him in an hour. After the unpacking, I noticed they damaged my TV and a couple of other items. I filed a claim on 28 Aug and called today, 15 Sep, to get an update on the status. The lady who answered looked me up in the system and said, "oh we haven't looked at your claim yet"....it's been almost 3 weeks and you have touched my claim at all??? Then when I asked when it would be looked at, she said sometime next week and then maybe another week or so before I get the offers for my items, not to include the time it takes for the payments office to process the payout...I'm sick of them.

One of their drivers was caught taking a shit in a truckstop parking lot instead of walking into the truckstop and use the washroom. He pulled his pants down and took a dump right by his truck instead. He also cleaned out all the garbage from inside the truck and threw it on the parking lot. And yes there was pictures taken of the incident

There main contractor is a very rude person!!! Thinks he can just honk his horn and you need to move for him .

Great people. Great Service. Rick, the owner, is as down to earth as you hope for. That's not to say he doesn't know his business, because he is awesome. Everyone that I worked with was professional, knowedgeable and friendly. You can't beat that!

They did a good job, but they came late, scratched my walls and took excessive breaks. They tried to act like nothing was damaged and asked me to sign the form without giving me a chance to check.

I've moved several times and this has to be the worst company that I've used. Time is just a construct to them and the customer service members are down right rude if you can ever get a hold of them.

I was assigned this company for a relocation with work. Terrible customer service. Only giving one start because because you can't give zero. Would avoid this company at all cost. Worst moving experience in 20 years. Tanya was extremely disrespectful every time I spoke with her on the phone and threatening to delay my move because I was unhappy with a scheduling mistake this company made.
