Can you leave less than 1 star? It was so bad we called the store manager to advise of the terribly rude customer service we experienced ....1 checkout at 5:30 pm on a weekday the last 2 times we've gone there. I despise self checkout, as I feel it DISPLACES HUMANS who need jobs...I really wish they would back off the greed with self checkout and come back to community, hire people who want to work and are friendly and kind.
I never leave reviews, but this was a really unpleasant experience and I expressed it on the survey as well. Things have got to change there. We have decided we are going to have to travel to the nearest town for groceries. Not convenient but I will go where the stores hire employees to work and not EXPECT the customers to ring up and bag their own groceries. This level of greed is terrible for small communities.

Every single time we walk in this friggin Walmart they don’t have anybody on the regular registers and one person with all bad self check out every single Flippin time with 10 people standing around doing nothing

When my girlfriend (Desiree) and I went too Walmart yesterday we went and got her some makeup and the check out lady was so nice and sweet too ua and the door greeter there had the biggest smile I've ever seen on someone at a Walmart in Dexter Mo.
