They spent hours trying to weld back the EGR back together instead of just purchasing another like I requested telling me no one made them anymore even though I knew better and with a simple google search found other wise. The main reason we were there, the vacuum leak. The attached picture was there solution instead of actually fixing it and there’s still a leak. Not to mention it couldn’t have been harder to get ahold of them. After taking in the truck not once could I get them to answer the phone and I had to go in person to get any information multiple times. They were extremely rude and talked to me with the assumption that I knew absolutely nothing. Over $400 later I couldn’t wish more that I would’ve gone somewhere else.

They really did everything possible to make sure the fixed my vehicle n got it back to me as fast as possible. I really like that auto repair shop. That was also my very first time I took my car to them n they treated me like I was a long time customer. It was really nice ?

Terrible service. Kept giving me the run around and letting my truck sit for several days before looking at it. Was very vague about why he couldn’t get to my truck.

My son and his family ran in to car issues while traveling through MO. Superior got them into the shop and repaired the issue same day. The cost of repair was less than expected (a bearing). My family got to their home safely and I am grateful for the kindness and great work of this business.

This shop is Superior for sure.the water pump in our 2006 Chevy Malibu went out and I drove it to them and the Father and son immediately went outside and checked it out fluids was pouring out of the bottom of the motor.they got it in the next morning and replaced the pump and flushed the transmission as my request.so now the car is better than ever and the price of repairs was very reasonable. Very professional nice folk's. The Father has been in business at this location in Dexter Mo for 29 year's and year's before this at other locations before opening his business.

A few weeks ago my old high mile gmc started to play up so I took it to these guys. They replaced the throttle body, for a very fair price, and all was good.Last week it did it again. These guys stood by their work and went a bit further even. I just drove 280 ml to Louisville and she didn't miss a lick. Would highly recommend and use again.Services: Electrical

Have taken our vehicles here several times. They did a good job. Then I took my truck there and it sat there for a month. All I got from them were excuses. My wife was loosing transmission fluid and took it to them. They found it was the gasket on the transfer case and repaired it. We were still loosing fluid so we took it back. After it sat for 2 days my wife got it back and took it to a transmission shop. They diagnosed it was the seal on the transfer case visibly leaking. Superior never noticed it and/or never told us. We will not go back and advise anyone not to go here.
