This guy was super fast to respond and arrive to where I had locked myself out of my car. The price was great and he was extremely friendly. Would recommend this guy for sure.

Was very disrespectful to my wife and daughter and never was able to tow my all wheel drive vehicle he had to call a different tow company that could do the job. I wouldn't use him ever again I would rather walk then call him agan.

Fast service after a flat tire on the highway. The vehicles were flying by just feet from him as he changed the tire. Thank you!

Called at 12am and Was extremely helpful drove 2 hours to bring me a tire along side the road put the tire on and made sure I was good to go. Would highly recommend and would use again. Pricing was also very good as well

I am a customer of AARP roadside assistance. Reliant roadside assistance and towing was supposed to provide a tow between 3:18-3:48. It is 5:30. They never showed up and do NOT answer their phone.

Would rate a 0 if I could ! This guy broke down twice on the way of taking my husbands truck home ??♀️ then still wanted to charge us the same price ! Not to mention he had to use our battery to get his battery going ? .. with all of that being said just pick one of the many other options as a tow truck company and save yourself from the mess

I ran out of gas in Dexter in boothill of Missouri. The temp was in the 20’s and getting colder quick. Reliant Roadside was there in 10 minutes to see what was needed then went and got 5 gallons of gas , never asked for cash. 10 minutes later he returned and had me going. Very fair and honest. Thank you for really saving us and very courteous, pointed me to the next gas station and Headed to NashvilleGreat Job and service.

Called for a tow - he forgot to mention he didn’t have a functioning tow truck…The short of it - 4 hours late, put in a faulty battery, didn’t have a tow truck so he pulled us with a strap and an SUV while we were in the car, never showed up the next morning to fix the issues he said he would and wouldn’t answer his phone calls.Full story - We called because our car’s battery had failed on the side of the highway. They showed up over 4 hours later without a tow truck and put in a faulty battery (we got it tested at ORielly’s)When the faulty battery didn’t work he left again to go get a strap and tied it to the frame of the car and pulled us down the road with an SUV while we were in the car and the hazard lights were completely dead by this point so you couldn’t see any lights. He said they would be back in the morning to fix the actual problem. Wouldn’t return my calls the next morning or give me a receipt so I can at least get the money reimbursed by my insurance.Then I posted a review detailing my experience and he immediately called me to scream and curse me out. He texted me to harass me until I took down the review (pictures of messages included). He refused to give me the receipt, and after waiting 2 days i finally blocked him because he was being just vile.This is just no way to do businessServices: Car towing
