Bought a 2017 gmc acadia, transmission was bad on it when we bought it but didn’t show signs til the day after we bought it. After signing papers and buying it (sold as is), he pushes us to buy a warranty through a third party company and tells us he thinks the torque converter is bad. I know why have it for sale if you know there’s problems with it but don’t let your customers know before selling it? We ended up buying the warranty and had it put in the shop after buying it. Been in the shop 3 months and still no time frame on when we’ll get it back. Buyer beware and have the car checked before purchase. Would give zero stars if it let me.

The owners are very kind and caring people. I was blessed with their help regarding my vehicle. My license plate screws had rusted and couldn’t be drilled out. Mr. Pennington worked on them until he was able to remove them without damaging the holes and even found bolts to replace the screws with. Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic people!!! Everyone was so extremely nice and helpful!! They really make you feel at home and valued!!! From personal experience working with Bill he did everything and more on being fair and trustworthy as well as putting trust in me and my husband. I'm so glad to say that thanks to these fantastic men we were able to get our very first car!!!! 2005 Chevy Impala for $2,500 what an amazing deal especially considering it was in excellent condition, didn't have an enormous amount of of miles on it, and (believe it or not) my Uncle was actually the previous owner!!! ?? like seriously how often does something like that happen!!!
