We have been loyal customers of this dealership, both in purchases of new vehicles and their service. When we took our Murano in for normal maintenance, we also reported a problem with the passenger airbag light coming on indicating the bags are not working properly. Instead of just saying they would get to the bottom of it, one of the employees said we weren’t sitting on it properly. What kind of a stupid statement is that? When my husband called him on it, he continued to argue his point, of which he had none. The other staff at this dealership are very pleasant and easy to talk to. That’s why we have continued to do business here, even though it is 60 miles from our home, but if we have to deal with this character, we may have to reevaluate our next new Nissan purchase.

came here to buy a car. noticed the fenders was misaligned pretty bad. mentioned it when I was looking at it and was told it was pretty much suppose to be like that. found out the very next day (after I purchased it, and only owning it for a day) that it wasn't supposed to be like that. called and the manager told me that I got to good of a deal for them to spend any time or money on it and that I'm just stuck with it.
UPDATE: bringing the car in for them to repair it. Will update again once it is finished. They called me and are willing to make things right, so far so good

Customer service was Great. Anna Day was an amazing sales lady. All the people were very friendly and helped me and also noticed they helped one another which is awesome to see. I m not a huge Nissan guy but she had me sold

The service department desk personnel greeted me and showed me where I could wait for the vehicle to be serviced. There was complimentary bottles of water and coffee. When vehicle was completed, they came and got me and took me to my car and explained what they did and removed the plastic from the seat. I was impressed they put the plastic on to keep seat from getting dirty. I felt like a VIP! Nice work!!!!
