I just want to brag on the staff at Key Drugs in Dexter. We use to use a large chain as our pharmacy but switched to Key Drugs. The staff there goes out of their way to help you, and always follow through and get the job done even if it means extra steps. They are caring and compassionate and will even deliver the medicine straight to your house, which when you are sick is a Godsend. I would never go back to a chain store. Thank you Key Drug for caring about your customers and always going out of your way to help me!!

People behind the counter very very rude. As if I was a inconvenience to them. All they had to do was be nice. It’s no wonder they look like they are going out of business. I am new to the area and wanted to use a local drug store instead of a national chain. Unfortunately due to the rudest people I have met in a long time, I won’t be going back.

Very helpful. Lots of different things to choose from. They will bring your shot right out to your car.

I tried to give business locally but everytime I have used them, it's very poor customer service. I won't be back. It was too much for my kids to have their own syringe to take the meds. She said they were out? So I have had to wash 1 syringe for 2 kids with 4 medicine. Ridiculous.

Nobody worried about waiting on us. Couldn't answer any questions. I don't know is not an answer. Never called to let us know prescription had arrived from PB. Will not be using them again.
