“These guys are great! I drove in from out of state, not only did I pull right in, they fixed the problem caused by a different shop in Colorado. They had me back on the road without an oil leak, and didn’t even charge me for the oil and filter. Quality service like this is hard to find. Especially when you are traveling. “The owners are very kind and caring people. I was blessed with their help regarding my vehicle. My license plate screws had rusted and couldn’t be drilled out. Mr. Pennington worked on them until he was able to remove them without damaging the holes and even found bolts to replace the screws with. Thank you!!”

“They deserve 10+ stars. This dealership knows how to take care of a customer. I purchased a used vehicle in 2022, Great service from the start. Fast forward to Oct-November 2023, they continued with excellent customer service. My vehicle had to go to BUD Shell for a water pump leak, which turned into a blown motor. GMC, who had no obligation to help, without hesitation, generously provided me with a loaner vehicle for the 27 days it was in Ford's shop! I had a family emergency and was supposed to go out of town at the time of this situation, Gmc threw me the keys and said, "Go take care of your family and business"!! Honestly, with no zero questions asked!! If it wasn't for them, my family and I would have missed Numerous doctors appointments and the business out of town!! I can't thank them enough. When the time comes, I will be a repeat customer. Thank you again! GOD BLESS YOU!”

“I cannot thank Charlie and his staff enough!! I should have written this review last year, but better late than never. Last August, my husband, our two dogs and I were traveling along highway 60 on our way to Chattanooga, TN. We were 20 minutes outside of Dexter, MO when my car’s air conditioner started blowing hot air. We were over 5 hours from home and it was 98 degrees outside.Turned down for help by the Auto Zone and Walmart automotive department in town, I was feeling pretty defeated when I called Advantage Automotive. I called 15 minutes before they closed and expected to be turned away. I explained our situation and the office lady said to bring my car right over and they would take a look. We were treated with kindness the second we arrived. It didn’t take them long to confirm that my AC compressor needed replaced.I immediately thought we’d have no luck getting that replaced in time to continue on our vacation. But Charlie was able to locate a compressor in Springfield and overnight it to his shop. He said it would be in around 8am and they could complete the work by 12pm. We had to stay one night in Dexter, but were so relieved!! Charlie even gave us hotel recommendations and explained where all the restaurants were in town.The next morning two people from the shop came to our hotel and picked up my car then brought it back to us when the work was finished. We were blown away by the generosity of everyone here. They could have very easily told us no or been too booked up to not squeeze us in, but they all went above and beyond! Thank you!I recommend Advantage Automotive to anyone in the area!”

“Had another Walmart (Kennett) mess up a mount and balance on a set of new tires (bad vibration and shaking of the steering wheel), they tried to blame the tires. We came here and had these guys re balance them and they turned out great. These guys know what they're doing and were able to tell us what was wrong with the last balance. We were on our way and the car is good now. Thanks Wade and Tony.”
