I would just like to thank everyone at Allen Automotive! Adam and Lexi were amazing! Lexi was very polite, prompt, and professional! And Adam didn't charge me a dime for looking into my truck, he found the small problem and got me back on the road free of charge, they get 5 stars in my book! I'll definitely use them again and again as my whole family does!

My name is Daniel, my brother and I stay in a sober living house in sikeston. His truck broke down and we had it towed to Allen auto repair. Long story short, the battery miraculously charged up after we thought we were gonna have to buy a new battery. I guess when my brother told him how desperate we were he decided to drive it to Bloomfield and back to see what was wrong with it. When I asked him how much I owed him (his time is worth money) he told me I didn't owe him anything. His name is Adam and he and his wife own it from what I gather. I thank God that I lucked up on a good man like Adam. After today I would trust anything he tells me

I was in the market for a new used vehicle but wanted to get an inspection of the selected vehicle prior to my purchase. Allen’s was able to fit me in same day and helped me make a decision in knowing my purchase would be safe for me and my family. They earned a new customer for all my automotive needs. Granddaughter came in from Florida and just before she was to head back home she developed a coolant leak in a lower hose. I replaced the hose but it kept getting hot. Ended taking it to Allen's Auto Repair. They ended up replacing the thermostat and water pump and repaired a power steering leak. Great people to work with and very friendly. I used their services a few years ago for my Grandsons car. Definitely recommend them and will use them for service again.

Great place to get your vehicle worked on. They did a check of my vehicle and sent it to me digitally with pictures and a description of mechanical issues that needed repaired. I was able to see the cost for each repair and choose which repairs I needed done at the time.

I really appreciated the work and detailed information they gave me about my car and what needed to be fixed n what was need to be now fix and what could be done later on. That was a first for a mechanic to treat me like a actually person with bills n a family not just someone to get money money from. I will most definitely recommend this auto repair shop and return there for all my vehicle repairs

Love Allen’s Repair! Great people really care about their customers even if the repair is something like an alignment that they can’t manage because they don’t have the equipment. They pay attention to extra details such as tire conditions. Warranty that is offered with their repairs is second to none. Definitely highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Allen’s Auto Repair! I recently had a major auto breakdown happen late on a Thursday and pulled into Allen’s. I knew I would be down until at least late into the next week. Mr. Allen had my vehicle repaired the next day! The whole staff at the shop were friendly, supportive and very knowledgeable. I have told everyone I know to take their vehicles to Allen’s Auto Repair for great service at a fair price!

UPDATE: I had another great experience. I took my car to get inspected after being rear-ended. The team at Allen's found no mechanical failure after the collision. However, they did discover I needed new front breaks. They had me back on the road the next day. There is a reason why I take all my mechanical needs including oil changes to Allen's. They treat their customers like family and the way they want to be treated.
