I'm very happy with this Walmart that tolerates RV's in their parking lot overnight. I arrived late and picked up a few snacks before heading back to the van and locking up for the night. The store was in good shape compared to some others. No trash or merchandise on the floor, the menswear department was tidy and there were no "holes" in the stock when I was looking for things. Self-checkout worked fine and the restroom at the front of the store was reasonably tidy. A good store for me. [Review 1258 of 2024 - 360 in Missouri - 22281 overall]

I was born and raised in Missouri until age 21, retired active duty out of Texas in 2019. My husband retired active duty in September this year. We have waited the last 8 years to come deer hunting in Missouri with my family. My husband being a non resident of course looks up to make sure he can go purchase another riffle for me to have my own gun also. He goes to Walmart the background check of course came back good and was denied the sale for purchase. Being told he was not "of the state" now looking further at federal laws any FFL vendor can't deny purchase in Missouri to non resident if they pass background check. Not only did they deny him but they pulled the gun from the shelf and every piece of ammo to make sure it would not go to him. Which she openly admitted. This was all done on opening day of deer season and on Veterans Day. The manager also thought it would be cute to laugh at our demise when he went back to collect names for corporate case. Let me tell you store manager, there are cameras, there are witnesses and I plan to go to the fullest extent possible so that you understand the extent of trying to misinterpret the law to deny a veteran his right to purchase ever again. You have met my father, you have met my husband, you have met my step mother, but the gun was for me and I take it very personal that you had them all in a situation NONE of them deserved or should have been in. You ruined our family time, you ruined opening day, this was very important to us and you ruined Veterans Day. Know your own laws before laughing in someone else's face, it's very unprofessional and quite frankly distasteful representation of Walmart as a whole. This is by far the WORST Walmart I've ever been to. Their staff was very nice, however...the management is atrocious! Rude, entitled, and don't even understand their own policies! Take the extra 10 minutes and go to the Walmart in Farmington!

For last 13 years this was the best store in the area. The managment was spot on, friendly, courteous, the workers were happy and everything was somehow in sink. Since the last manager left the store is complete mess. Workers have no idea how to solve the problems or where to find someone who would. The list of products available is shrinking to the lowest quality imaginable. Mess in the store is obvious, the toilets are filthy. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS STORE AS OF NOW, FALL 2022.

It is my opinion that the new store manager is ruining what was once the best store in the area. It took TLE 5 hrs for new tires because of new policies and short staff but she brings a personal assistant on with her. It's no wonder so many are quitting I'm likely to go to other stores.

I used the check out thingy for my stuff the one you use by yourself and it didn't say thank you for shopping at Walmart like the one in Farmington and as a kid growing up in a thankful household the fact it didn't say thank you broke my heart and it was very disrespectful fix more respectful machines that was so uncalled for

What started out as a trip to Walmart for my daughter birthday and getting some treats to make her day fun, turned into what will more than likely be my last trip to Walmart ever. I went into the self checkout and held my receipt because I always get stopped to look at my receipt. Maybe it's because I'm a young mom, maybe it's because I'm Asian, but I always get stopped. Sometimes people in front of me with soda cans don't get stopped. It didn't really bother me much before today. Now I left the self check out and knew I'd be stopped because I had bottled beverages so I held my receipt out and walked to the lady she scanned my receipt then to my horror another employee comes up behind me and says "make sure you scan this(touches bar code on bottle vitamin waters) to make sure she's not stealing. I immediately looked her in the eyes and was deeply offended, humiliated, and embarrassed. She then walks off saying it was a joke but I didn't feel like it was one at all. The lady 1st then continued to scan about 3 items. I tried brushing it off but ended up crying in my car. That lady basically accused me of being a thief and I felt like everyone was just watching me and staring at me. The situation was so humiliating. I'm sure people who overheard her saying "make sure she's not stealing" now think I'm some type of theif.

After searching endlessly for someone to make a custom cake for my daughter's 1st Bday, I finally hung my head and went to Walmart bakery. I knew their cakes were pre-frozen and the theme I had in mind was not on their list of cakes to choose from. Basically, I didnt have high hopes. I heard Makayla was good so I asked to have my cake made by her. She even agreed to creat my theme as long as it wasn't copyright. When I went to pick it up the morning of the party, I was pleasantly surprised! The cake was super cute and it tasted great! It was very moist, reasonably priced, and the decorations were adorable. Even came with a free smash cake. While it wasn't a custom cake (yet was certainly much cheaper), I was very happy with the service and product!
