We had a wonderful experience while at the Verizon store in Desloge! Sam was very informative and patient with our situation. I was not able to get into my old phone due to a broken screen and she went above and beyond to get my new phone setup. 100% recommended this location! You can also find Sam at the Potosi location!!!

So do you hate being upsold. Do you avoid the Verizon store like the plague? I did until the other day. I walked in because I needed a hotspot replaced. Well of course Mike starts in being friendly salesman. Alright he is about to bait the hook. Yup here it comes. But what wait… this man didn’t upsell me. I walked out literally saving 90 dollars a month. How could he do that my bill was 155 before wouldn’t that mean you pay like 60 dollars for.. no but he added several subscriptions I monthly pay for into my plan. He got me the new hotspot and even offered me a new iPhone15 phone at a lower price than my IPhone13 . Im hooked. MIKE is the man go visit him for a wonderful experience. For older folks who hate having to set the stuff up he can even walk you thru right there in store. Can’t brag enough about Mike the guy I met 2 days ago and can’t wait to interact with again at Verizon in Desloge!

I had an issue with my galaxy 22 ultra and tried to fix it over the phone with verizon tech support. They could not resolve the problem. I went into the Desloge store and Mike fixed the issue for me. He even helped lower my bill. I will be going to the store in the future for any issues that may come up.
