The overall experience was quick and painless. The woman whom I met with, was wonderful and was straight to the point. There wasn't a lot of sitting and waiting as I imagined it would be. However, after leaving, and having my father in law look through the paper work, I realized I was charged over $400 for my taxes to be done. I usually efile, but had to go a different route this year due to not remembering my pin for TurboTax. The woman filing my taxes even offered me 50% off for being a first time customer. Still I paid $400, almost $500 dollars. That is absolutely ridiculous to me. Can you imagine had I not gotten the 50% off? Sheesh! For a copy and paste job, that sure is a lot to be charging. Never again.

They were sneaky about upfront prices took their money before i got mine and charged me a 50 dollar check fee for direct deposit will not be back 432$ way to much for the poor level of service provided ill do my own next time and use taxslayer?

Stopped in with no appointment to get our taxes done. Staff was SUPER friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Was in and out within 30-45 minutes. They could use a Keurig for customers and staff to warmup with.
