“Very cool store with lot's of neat home decor items. I like the relaxing vibe of this store. Lots of high quality wall decor, figurines, artwork and other small home accessories. They also have good deals on incense.”

“went in for a pair of jeans bc i have almost no decent pairs of jeans that fit anymore & wasn’t sure what size to get or anything. Maddie was SO HELPFUL and friendly & helped me by finding me tons of jeans in styles i was looking for and helped me to find my size and length of jean i liked=) she made the whole experience so easy. i didn’t find EXACTLY what i was looking for today, but maybe i will next time or at least i know my sizes now so i can always order online. Thank you so much Maddie!”
“Love the clothes they have. They have a very big section of big girls clothing and also girls. Prices are not to bad employees are wonderful. Always ask me if I need help with selecting or starting a fitting too, as to which they put your name on the door.”
“Pretty clothes, nice environment plus it smells nice but wayy too overpriced. I found a glass water bottle with a rubber thing covering the glass with spikes on it and it coated $60!! If your on a budget you could look in the clearance and find clothes that cost $20”

“Even though this store wasn't for me, there was nothing objectively wrong with it. In my opinion, it was a bit eclectic, but not in the way that I enjoy. Here, you can find Taylor Swift happy birthday material, Christian memorabilia, southern/country clothing, fun clocks, and many other things.
I actually enjoyed the decorations more than the products (besides the clocks. Those were cool)
I'm not writing this place off just yet, but it will be a while before I come in again.”
“Brady, was awesome. I have never been helped like that in a shoe store. Me and my fiancé went in there for some nicer shoes and he started helping right away. we both got 2 pairs of shoes and he did not seem frustrated or impatient one bit. he was very helpful when we had questions about the shoes, he had conversations with us and was very patient. we loved having him to help us and will be asking for him from now on when we go!”

“The clothes are beautiful, but they need to train their employees better on their return policies. Two of My daughters shop here also, so I had to return a few items. TWICE now when returning an online purchase, the employee looked at Me like I had two heads. Most stores have an automated system that looks up items by Your e-mail or phone. Carter’s store only needs a phone # and can look up any purchase without a receipt.
This place seems like it is trapped in the 90’s. When I tried to return an online purchase from just two weeks ago, the young employee just froze. I told her I was having trouble finding the e-mail. She had My account in the system, but literally just sat there staring at Me with no instructions??? I asked her what was wrong and she said “there is a sale price and a regular price, I don’t know which one?” Then she just quickly told Me to swipe My debit card and gave Me full price back (which is what I paid and I told her that) Very strange transaction and I have never seen this behavior elsewhere.
We looked around and found one more item too buy. I asked the next person what may have happened and she said “oh that is because You have to get a manager for online returns in the system.”
Sounds like things are not going as they are meant to be at this store.”
“I had an amazing experience at Nordstrom West County. My sales person‘s name was Teresa. I rushed in needing an outfit for the next day for my companies retreat. The jeans I wanted to purchase were one size too big and the size I needed was on the mannequin. I came later in the evening and so I was told no one could take the jeans off of the mannequin because of insurance reasons. I was very disappointed and upset and went ahead and purchased the bigger size because I needed them for the next day. To my surprise, Teresa called me the next morning and told me that she was going to drive the jeans to me that were the size that I needed. So that morning she met me at my retreat and brought me the correct size to exchange for the larger size. She went above and beyond for me and these days that’s not very common! Thank you so much to Theresa job well done Nordstrom‘s West County. ???”
“i had the most amazing experience at this location! alexandra in the fitting room helped me find some new jeans and tops for my vacation next week. she gave options and showed me how i can really dress up or down a mom jean! i will be coming back with my daughter so she can help us out again, she made me feel like her best friend and i absolutely LOVED her energy! such a sweet girl and she knows her fashion!! :)”

“I really like Penney's, they have a good selection and good prices, even though like everyone else there's not enough help. However, a recent experience ordering made me think I never want to order anything again. I ordered two pairs of men's shorts that were supposed to be shipped to the store. That was on July 2nd. Two weeks later I'm still waiting and have heard nothing. I called the store once, and they said that they would check into it and get back to me. Didn't hear anything, so I finally just went over to the store to see if they had any in the store. Turns out they had a table full of them. I went ahead and bought two pair, though they're $6 more each than they were online. Called again, asking if I could just get a price adjustment, but she told me I have to go to the store to do that. No one ever told me why on earth they didn't ship them to the store, but it's been annoying and I could have had them all along. I'm usually not an online shopper anyway, not sure why I ordered them but I guess it was because of the sale. I'm thinking I probably won't do it again.”

“Loved the clothing. Perhaps another person for checking out would have been nice. The long line was a bit much but the 1 clerk did apologize for the wait and she was very pleasant along with the fitting room assistant who was nice as well. This is a busy season with graduations, ribbon ceremonies etc. This store seems to do well. A bit bigger space would be fantastic.”

“I was in desperate need of new bras, and wanted make sure I was getting the correct size. Thank goodness I asked to be measured because I was totally off. Cheryl took such good care of me, picked out bras that she’d recommend, and checked on me to make sure all was going well. We even joked around a little bit! She made the trying on bras task fun and simple.
