Very disappointed. Loved the dresses. My daughter did end up getting a dress from here BUT during her HOCO it literally fell apart. By the time she got home every stitch was busted and the dress had snags all over it. I noticed when we were taking pictures before hoco but after it was a million times worse. I will not be buying from here again.

my mother and i arrived at 7:25, i was going to try on clothes and the woman said i couldn’t but there was other people in the fitting rooms. she said they were going to close but the mall closes at 8. she said she had to put the clothes from the fitting room away and refused to let us go in the fitting rooms.

No one that works there is friendly what so ever, we asked for help a head full of times and they talk to amongst themselves and acted like we didn’t ask for help. Want to and asked them again. The women acted like we were a burden to her . Don't plan on going back .

Ridiculous customer service! One guy on a register the weekend before hoco?! Really? Asked an employee if someone else could check us out because the line to check out was out the door. Answer, um no.

Customer service was terrible. Maybe it's the younger generation that struggles with appropriate interaction with paying customers, but let's do better. Basic manners would suffice.

Loved the clothing. Perhaps another person for checking out would have been nice. The long line was a bit much but the 1 clerk did apologize for the wait and she was very pleasant along with the fitting room assistant who was nice as well. This is a busy season with graduations, ribbon ceremonies etc. This store seems to do well. A bit bigger space would be fantastic.

I went in last minute to find clothes for tonight and Tasha we above and beyond to help me I only had to give her my vision on how I wanted to look and she delivered. Thank you Tasha I will be back

Terrible customer service. Arrived at store 20 minutes before closing and I I was greeted with is “we are closing in 15 minutes.” Found some dresses to try but the store clerks had already closed two dressing rooms while there was a long line to wait to try items on. 10 minutes before the store even closed they told me I was not allowed to try anything on and we had to leave.

Arrived at the west county location at 7:40pm on 9/22. My daughter and I were shopping for a dress for her homecoming. We were greeted with "we are closing in 15 minutes" with a snotty tone. My daughter really wanted to try on some dresses so we quickly found a few to try on and stood in line for the dressing rooms. There were about 6 dressing rooms, but the staff had already closed/blocked off 2 of them even when 4 people were waiting in a line ahead of us to try clothes on. We waited in line for about 10 minutes, then a clerk walked up to us and said we couldn't try anything on because they were closing. This was at 7:50 with 10 minutes left to closing. I asked why we couldn't use the 2 dressing rooms they had blocked off and she replied that they closed those already. Had they been open, everyone in line would have been able to try on the clothes before the closing time. Very rude customer service. It was clear the clerks had no care for those shopping, they just wanted to close the store early. I won't be shopping at this store again.

West county ladies are the most helpful and positively uplifting gals I've ever seen in a Windsor store! So helpful picking out my dresses, definitely my favorite store so far!!

Cute dresses, cheap prices. Staff is okay. Can be difficult to get help sometimes.
