I had the most incredibly poor customer service I’ve ever experienced at the Des Peres, MO Walgreens - impressively bad. When I went to check out, the cashier was eating a burger and fries, with EarPods on, while scrolling on her phone. She only stopped eating to ring through the order but was unable to answer my question about points since her mouth was full. While waiting for the credit card to go through, she continued eating and scrolling on her phone. My husband and I just looked at each other as we left, mouths agape. I know it is difficult right now to get employees, much less good employees, for minimum wage jobs, but we have hit a new low here. It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.

This is the worst pharmacy. Full of inefficient, slow "I don't care" people. Horrible customer service.

The pharmacists think that they are God with the medicine that the doctors order. One pharmacist will tell you one thing, and a different one at the same pharmacy will tell you something completely different! Once I was shorted 6 pills that clearly say on the bottle, and when picking up the next months prescription, they would not replace them. They have no idea what I'm going through or why. They just make the rules up as they go! Oh and one more thing pharmacist.... Even if you knew that this is the first Christmas without my grandson who just died, would that make a difference?Doubtful!!!! I'm not asking for a favor, I'm telling you to DO YOUR JOB!!!

I have been able to load my chime card at any Walgreens forever, I can only load $500 at a time and only 2 transactions a day up to $1000 in total.Chris the manager is the ONLY Walgreens manager I’ve came across that’s rude and denies the second transaction. Why does he do this? Why does every other Walgreens allow this but the one next to my house wants to be difficult. Because you have a sorry excuse for a manager. Do better Walgreens.

Their pharmacy SUCKS. Their pharmacists are RUDE AF. I waited in a long line outside to get my inhaler then went inside and waited just for them to tell me they couldn’t get to me cause they were going to lunch. What a JOKE, can’t do nothing in a timely matter.

I went to get one thing for my nephews wedding tonight and also had to use the restroom and the woman was very rude and told me. "I AM CLEANING THE RESTROOM CAN'T YOU READ THE SIGN?!" and it was a very small sign on the inside of the door and I said "no i didnt see it bc it was so small but thanks bye!!". Then no one was helping the one cashier at the front when she ran out of receipt paper and had a line 10 people long. So we checked out at photo. The lady was very nice the super pro. Thanks photo lady.
