Dottie was extremely rude when I was simply dropping off a package using their QR code system. I had the QR code ready and the oversized package at my feet. Her response was “you aren’t just dropping off a package, you are needing to get the QR code scanned to print a label”. Thank you for explaining this to me? I was clearly struggling to pick up the package as I am 9 months pregnant and you could see the impatience on her face. Cannot believe how downhill the customer service is at this facility. There is no need to treat people this way.

There are other post offices closer to my home, but I choose to drive a little further to use the Des Peres facility. The staff there have been much more personable and helpful than other post offices. As others have shared, Dottie rocks passport renewals! She carefully reviewed our applications today, stapled our checks to the appropriate spot on the form, and told me when and how to check on the progress of our renewal. Thank you Dottie!

My daughter and I went to the Des Peres Post Office to renew her passport. We didn’t have an appointment but Dottie went above and beyond to still help us with the process. She was incredibly kind and thorough. Des Peres Post Office is lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

My fiance and I went to send in our passport information and we fudged the paperwork. We worked with Dottie and she was the absolute best. She was extremely patient with us and helped us right what we messed up. Highly recommend working with them here

First Lady who helped me was great! After getting everything together however I had to switch to Dottie as the first lady was now busy. Dottie was very unprofessional, brushed off my questions, rushed me through, and had 0 interest in helping me further with a rude demeanor. Retraining may be required. Kudos to the first lady wish I caught her name.

I usually come here to send my packages for my small business. Every time I come in the clerk had an attitude or just ignores me but talks to everyone else. There is usually 1 or 2 clerks working every time I'm there. Don't come to this one if you have a small business because they judge and are rude. I rather pay more at Office Max than deal with how I'm treated here.
