i have been with US bank for a few years now and have had nothing but exceptional customer service experiences… EXCEPT for at this location. The branch manager was extremely loud when repeating how much cash i was depositing, announcing for the entire line behind me to hear. I found it to be very unprofessional to let everyone in the bank know how much cash i had on me. It can be dangerous for people to know someone has that much cash on them. You’d think as a bank employee, you’d know this. SECONDLY, the branch manager then informed me, loudly, “you need at least $300 in your savings account to avoid maintenance fees.” i was shocked she would put my personal financial information out there for everyone in line to hear, AND that i never even mentioned my savings account that i don’t really use with this bank. I replied to her statement with, “the monthly maintenance fee is fine. thanks though” She was very condescending when she spoke again. “Well with the holidays coming up, just thought i’d let you know!” My account balances is 1. none of her business. and 2. certainly none of the other customers business who were standing in line. A very embarrassing experience and unprofessional branch manager. I will never go back to this location again.

Works stood around in the bank and stared at me in the drive-thru. Waited close to 10 minutes before someone finally checked in with me.Slow as malasses and awful attitudes

I have been banking with US bank for years and finally got frustrated enough that I took my business account elsewhere. Last spring, my son tried to buy a condominium in Dallas and they wouldn’t let him get his money out of a savings account for many days and he almost lost the sale of his condo. Nobody cared or tried to help him and they gave him attitude about it.With regard to my business account, I have over $500,000 in there in cash as I am a rehabber and I have never received very good customer service or any respect. They continue to charge me what’s called an “analysis service fee” and I’ve asked several employees what they are analyzing and I’ve never received a response. This fees can get up to 68 or 86 dollars a month. I’m out. I moved to CNB bank. Also, I read online that the bank is owned by China. I really don’t want my money in the hands of any Chinese people right now as our relationship with them is not very strong

Visited this bank to withdraw cash from their drive thru ATM. Both machines were out of order.

I just recently visited this branch because I needed a witness to my signature on some HH bonds. I have two accounts at this bank. I was told that the bank can no longer witness signatures for Government Bonds. I understand that this policy is dictated from their headquarters and not just this specific location. I also just recently found out that US Bank is 70% owned by China which is probably the reason for the new policy. While I will not close out my two accounts, I will certainly move most of my money to another bank. It's nothing personal against this particular branch as the staff is friendly and efficient. (Hence the 4 star rating) I hope this grievance is reported to US Bank Headquarters.

Bad service. Parking lot was empty when I showed up. No customers inside. One other car in the drive tru. Took over ten minutes to deposit one check. I don’t ever want to write a bad review for anyone but this instance really irritated me because when I received my deposit receipt, it showed it was done 5 minutes prior. Kept me waiting for no reason...Maybe I’m petty for this, but changed the review from two stars to one star because their response does not address the issue, sounds very generic and doesn’t help. If I wanted to call in, go online or use the atm I would’ve done that. This is about making a simple deposit with just one check in person when they were not busy and had no other customers in the branch. I have to use this branch occasionally and just want to ensure we all get consistent and fast service in the drive thru. To clarify, the teller finished my deposit at 9:15am and kept me waiting there until 9:20 am before she gave my receipt and let me know it was done. I would’ve understood if there were other customers and she was busy. That was not the case since there were no other customers she needed to attend to or help. She kept me waiting for no reason....Seems this bank is not personable, doesn’t listen, and don’t care. Sounds like they rather you call in, go online or use the atm than “bother” them at their branch.

I had a merchant letter stating that they had an error and withdrew from my bank account instead of my PayPal and then when I went and called and told him I had a letterhead stating that paypal claim it was their fault they said they do not do courtesy fees for merchants errors and the overdraft fee would not be corrected it this is what I call outstanding customer service.

Worst branch!! If u need any service don't go here. They don't care about you. I walked in at 240pm, sat and waited to set up a new acct, proceeded to watch others take their time, have smoke breaks, tell stories while setting up their new accts. About 3pm I get we will be right with you. 320pm a family comes in and sits, they proceed to interrupt every banker until they get helped right before 330. Guess they decided they could skip me. I get up and ask the banker if the manager helping them now in front of me is able to set up new accts and I get the answer yes. She then says she will be right with you. Well I was there 40 minutes prior to the people getting helped now. I go to tellers and ask if I'm gonna get help since I just got skipped. They say we r going to message her to help u. Well that didn't get me any service and I sat for almost an hour now. I ended up leaving without help, and no one cared

Been coming here for years. Great people. Take the time to go in and meet them. I have never been a fan of the drive through only because you don't get the same interaction. When they recognize you and you recognize them you build lasting relationships that just make a more personable experience.

Are you aware that US Bank (and maybe all banks) is allowing customers to take money out of your account up to six weeks after the money was deposited in your account? I have a client who paid for services rendered by ACH per contractual service terms. The client then decided she didn't want to pay for the services, so she instructed her US Bank branch to stop payment on the transactions. Without any notice to me (also a US Bank customer) they withdrew the money from my account causing all sorts of cash management problems. The last withdrawal occurred 6 weeks(!) after the money was initially deposited in my account. When I complained, US Bank told me I would have to take it up with my client. I did, and I eventually got paid in full, but I was shocked that the bank could unilaterally withdraw money from my account on the say-so of some other bank customer without even notifying me let alone giving me the opportunity to defend my position. Bank customers beware...
