They take the extra time and make you feel valued as a customer here! The selection is better than any other shoe store in the mall as well!”

“I’m giving 5 stars for Brandon Bryant after another employee stopped helping me a woman for two older men, I sat in a chair for 20ish minutes give or take and Brandon helped me not the guy who was supposed to be helping me, I had a wonderful time talking to him he helped me find the right boots and color I was looking for, he put lifts in and made sure they were comfortable as he didn’t want me to be uncomfortable on my wedding day, when I came back to purchase the boots all of sudden the original guy wanted to help me? I said thank you but I’m waiting for Brandon he was helping me it felt like he was trying to steal his sale honestly. Tim is also amazing and I can tell he is a great boss too he was very friendly and helped me sign up for all the stuff I needed, give these two a raise I will be going back because of them.”
“I went in just browsing. Immediately an employee named Ava greeted me with a big smile and asked if I was looking for anything specific. She helped me look for certain colors of converse, and even found some sizes for me to try on. Ava was so sweet, and so helpful! She had a warm smile and a genuine desire to help. “Great customer service. The staff was very friendly. I had a return that went smooth Jada assisted me with no issues at all. I will admit I thought I would have an issue because the item was purchased online during the mall closure. I bought another pair of shoes I had to return to kids footlocker purchased on the same Day. I returned to Kids footlocker in July, kids footlocker gave me all push back and didn’t want to give me my money back due to the time frame of the return. Thanks Champs and Jada for making my visit today seamless. I will most definitely return to this location for that alone.”

“Ray was very knowledgeable and helped me select shoes that fit much better than my existing shoes. I had good quality Hoka shoes, but unbeknownst to me, they were not really the right shape for my foot. The new ones are basically the same cost as the old ones, but they clearly fit my feet better. He guided me also to inserts that improved the fit further, and also tied the laces differently to hold the heel better. (I also left with better socks and nice pants.) It really was a perfect experience for selecting shoes.”
