“I never write reviews but really felt I needed to write this one. We have to drive 50 miles to this UPS store to return any thing we order from Amazon. This is probably my 6th trip in 6 months. I have always had excellent service no matter how busy they are. They have to hold my hand it seems for every return. They are so nice and always seem willing to help and help me to learn. What a joy to go into this store! Wish every store I shopped was like this. Drew you are the Greatest.”

Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

“Has to be one of the best UPS stores I have ever been to. If you want fast and simple service without someone complicating anything it’s worth it to drive out of your way to this location. We need some paperwork printed out and a Notary done. They were fast and efficient. We came in at the last minute and I woman Traci giving the notary was able to stay past 5:00 and help us every step of the way.”

“This UPS location is great. I'd been there before and had good experiences. Yesterday I went in with about a dozen similar rugs to return to Amazon. It was very confusing mess with emails, return labels, rug descriptions. The female employee was very patient and helpful. When we left, most people would have said good riddens, but she said to come back for help anytime.”

“I shipped a package with the wrong address (missing 1 number). After panicking about the situation, which was done by another location, Ms McCline was able to help me.She assisted with calling a the Fed Ex number to get this straightened out. She also created me an account so if this ever happens again, it will be easier to resolve. Ms McCline is an asset to FedEx. Don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t been working. Most of the people I called at FedEx for help were of no help. Thank you Ms McCline for being there for me?”

They're very reliable and I enjoy going in there with practice all the time and then make sure I get a receipt every time. I recommend this UPS store to anybody in the area!”

I do recommend this FedEx location because they do help you even if you don't have a box but I just had to mail something it was quite easy but I made it in five minutes they were going to close and I made it by five minutes. That was a great experience!”

“Everyone at this store is so kind and helpful, Emily is especially great! Great service here always! They really go above and beyond to be helpful. I was shipping a package but waiting to hear if the recipient wanted to pay for overnight or not, Emily offered to hold the package for me and I could just call and pay over the phone, so I wouldn’t have to stand around waiting for the recipient to reply to me. I really appreciated that gesture!”
