Won’t return item if it’s two weeks past their due date no matter. They do not care if you are put off. They might enjoy it honestly. Out a lot of money because I actually took time to try an item and didn’t like it. Won’t shop with this company anymore.

Excellent service. I went with my wife and daughter, so I wasn't too involved. Service was immediate and excellent. They were happy with the selection of concealer and eye brow pencils.

The girls working there never ask if I need help or come up to me at all. When I asked one of the employees to have a sample cup to take a liquid product home with me she replied “we don’t do that here” Overall just very rude interaction and the other sephora’s I have gone too I was able to bring sample products home.

I wont shop here again. I tried to get someones help and she ignored me. She looked me in the face and turned her back. She would help somone standing right next to me but not me. She looked me up and down like i was scum. Everyone she helped was dressed really nice where i was in just a t shirt and shorts. It was my day off and my daughters birthday i can relax too. NEVER SHOPPING AT THIS JUDGMENTAL STORE AGAIN.

My personal advisor was amazing very knowledgeable I came in to purchase Fenty products to start wearing makeup on dates and events and picked up more recommendations when some Fenty products was out. I forgot my advisor’s name I remember it started with an N ,beautiful young lady and she was wearing a hijab. The other staff was amazing also I brought my 6 year old with me and everyone was great with talking,giving her little cards and a bag to keep her happy while I finished with my appointment . Thank you Sephora your West Country Mall staff and store is great

Justin was incredibly helpful during my visit. I had a couple of products that I was looking for but had no idea where to begin looking or what brands would benefit me the best. He was knowledgeable, patient with my questions and a true joy to work with! Oh and he never judged me for not being a beauty expert haha! Thank you for this great experience. I’m exited to put my new products to use!

OMG so I came in tonight and an employee helped me sooo much in the fragrance department. I wish I would have noticed her name. She had braids and glasses and was such a doll, she put me onto layering margiela jazz club with brazilian 71 and i'm so obsessed with the way they smell together. I told her I loved warm woody scents but wanted to try something new and she delivered. Thank you so much for the help!!!

The second time in the last two weeks I come to this store and the second time is a terrible experience. First of all, I went out without buying. And secondly, the consultant just didn't hear what I wanted and offered products that I like or just don't suit me.The testers were very dirty and there were no samples for creams.Just terrible experience

Dot at the jc penny Sephora is amazing! She is an excellent cosmetologist and really knows her product! If you have any beauty questions or product questions she is your go to woman! Because of her I will keep shopping there!
