Won’t return item if it’s two weeks past their due date no matter. They do not care if you are put off. They might enjoy it honestly. Out a lot of money because I actually took time to try an item and didn’t like it. Won’t shop with this company anymore.

Excellent service. I went with my wife and daughter, so I wasn't too involved. Service was immediate and excellent. They were happy with the selection of concealer and eye brow pencils.

The girls working there never ask if I need help or come up to me at all. When I asked one of the employees to have a sample cup to take a liquid product home with me she replied “we don’t do that here” Overall just very rude interaction and the other sephora’s I have gone too I was able to bring sample products... read full comment
