Love this place. Everyone is always friendly, attentive and willing to go the extra mile to help(looking up inventory, prices, etc ). Everyone is knowledgeable about the products, too! The store is always clean and tidy, also. A pleasure to do business here.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in the WORLD. Never ordering from this place for my salon AGAIN. They are so unorganized and rude. Not use to this kind of "customer support" where I am from. Do yourself and your salon a favor and stay far away. Can't run a salon while ordering from these guys. Trust me.

Worst experience ever at this salon service group. Buying a pair of shears OVER 500$ and they are horrible and apparently now MIA They have lost my shears and my business.
