This review is long overdue... I've been going to Racketman for over 15 yrs due to my daughter being heavily involved in tennis. So we have been in there quite frequently over the years and I have never once left disappointed. Jim (the owner) is a great guy and always willing to help with advice on anything and everything tennis related. And the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful as well. It's just a really great place with great inventory and great people. There are very few businesses anymore that truly earn the loyalty of their customers on an ongoing basis... Racketman does.

I had a fit problem with my new Pickleball K Swiss shoes and Jan was able to solve the issue over the phone. She was great to work with.

Great service, went out of their way to work with me on the price of a new pair of shoes for the end of the season. Aswell getting my racket restrung in one day. Overall great place for Tennis players and people looking to get into the sport.

Great customer service. They took back a pair of shoes that just did not fit right (I had worn around inside only)- after over a month after purchase. They did not have to do this but they did. They earned a long term customer. Thank you.

An excellent tennis store. Knowledgeable and friendly. I recently decided to upgrade from my old Prince racquet and Jim provided three demos, one of which I liked which is a Wilson Clash 108. He guided me to string the main with gut and cross with synthetic, all at 52 Lbs, to be easier on my tender old elbow, and it works great.

Racket man ordered a Wilson tennis bag for me and I went to go pick it up and they charged $119 with tax when I got home they had their price tag on it as $79 when I went to call them they told me that there’s nothing that they can do because the online price is 109+ tax and I said but they put their own price tag on it of 79 and now they won’t make good on the difference I think it is a bait and switch I will never shop there again .

Best place in St. Louis for anything and everything Tennis! I have been shopping at Racketman for nearly 30 years; I got my first tennis racquet from them. Their staff is incredible: extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I get everything I need for tennis from Racketman: racquets, shoes, balls, my racquets restrung, etc. I highly recommend Racketman for anyone who plays tennis or wants to play tennis.
