Pleats had a very professional environment and staff. I had two items, a dry clean and a press and they were both ready the day after I dropped them off. There was ample communication after my drop-off and when my order was ready to pick up. I would definitely come back again.

I've got to admit, I'm obsessed with great launderers/dry cleaners. Since the pandemic they are few and far between. Pleats is great... great people, great service, great communication, great cleaning

I needed a large quilt cleaned. Pleats took the task, advising me the choices between dry cleaning or laundering. I selected laundering based upon their recommendation, The work was done well and ahead of schedule. They assisted me in carrying the heavy quilt to my car. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Pleats will continue to be my "Go TO" for dry cleaning and large laundry needs.

Most of all, they offer pickup and drop-off and IRON BED SHEETS. I have looked everywhere for a facility that will iron my bed sheets. Toddler-hood prevents me from ironing them like I used to and like to do and I searched high and low for a place that would do this. Pleats does!
That said, the dry cleaning items (dress, shirt) that I also left for them were meh. The silk dress that had pleated wrist cuffs was all ironed out and the hem was not ironed flat. The $650 blouse I sent lost the tops of 7 decorative buttons (getting the designer to replace these is not happening)! These items had previous gone to Band Box downtown and looked great, so this is disappointing. I'm so disappointed that my shirt lost its button tops.
I will use Pleats for bed sheets, but bed sheets only.
