Bacon wrapped tenderloin steaks WERE STAPLED TOGEATHER WITH GALVANIZED STEEL CLIPS!! Absolutely unacceptable. Burgers were extremely fatty, well below 80% lean, and chicken fillets were nothing that you couldn't get at Walmart. First time experience with Omaha Steaks, and will be my last. Very disappointed. As someone who enjoys cooking and serving meat, I highly suggest you find a different source, or a local butcher shop.

Recently I received my Omaha Steaks order and decided to grill 2 bacon wrap filet mignon. One had grizzle and both were tough. Extremely disappointed in quality as filet mignon are normally tender.

Being a graduate of Culinary Institute of America and a Chef for 35 years, have to say was disappointed in my order. Filets were very poor, and had gouges in them as well as grissel on the outer edges, have yet to try rest of products I received, so will update when I do. For now just not a good product

I attempted to order on line. I received an email stating that they're was a problem. I called several times with no answer. I had to send an email to cancel it. Then call my cc company to ensure it was. Their customer service sucks!

This is a review from Christmas of 21 and I just forgot to do it till I just received a mailing from them. First of all I received this as a gift from my Brother so at least I didn't waste my own money on this bundle! If you think they have good meat, you have never had good meat! Pricey and low quality! I would be embarrassed to send this as a gift let alone to buy it for myself. Steer clear and go to your local butcher and you will be better off!!

My wife bought a package from Omaha a few years ago. Not "bad" but definitely not fresh butcher meat. And DO THE MATH! The cost breakdown is WAY over butcher prices per lb, even if it was all filet mignon, it wouldn't be worth the cost. Even if you include the "free" burgers and chicken breasts in the full weight of the package, it breaks down to over $15/lb. Hardly worth it, even with the inflated costs of meat at the grocery store

Bought a assortment of steaks, chicken, burger, etc. and I can't say that any of it was good. It seems to be very low quality cuts of meat. The chicken steaks were terrible, a little dark meat and lots of 'parts'. Don't waste your money thinking you are getting a deal, you're not. Never again.

I am an online customer, have been for several years. I've tried a variety of products. The bacon wrapped filet mignon are my favorite. I usually prepare them in my broiler with butter and a few mushrooms. I can't beat them, and I've tried. My local butcher shop in STL, Kendricks, comes very close. I also like the side dishes scalloped and/or augrautin potatoes and the garlic baguettes. They are expensive, but I'm hooked. My biggest thing that bothers me is the styrofoam cooler their products come in, it's not recyclable... I wish I knew a use or an organization that could use them. I hate just putting them in the trash.

So I come in the store, there was a woman being served before me.As she pays, he asks her her phone number and address. Red flag for me.After she left, I started sneezing because I have allergies. It's like that all year long. He walks away from me.I left. What an idiot!

I brought over 200 dollars worth of meat from Omaha and i was missing my ribeyes, porksteaks and got shorted on my chicken gouda sausges. Called them and was on hold for 2 hours then they wanted to give me a gift card for the missing items. I told them i just want a refund on the stuff im missing because i will not be getting anything else from Omaha again. Im still waiting on my check they said they would send me. This was my first time ever buying from this company and i was really disappointed with everything. My mother in law told me to give you all a try and i did. I regret buying food from Omaha and she says she wont be buying anything else from you either. I will let all my friends and family know too. Its says 100% refund if your not satisfied with your order well i cant even get my money for the stuff i never received.

My parents sent me a large gift of several items to be delivered and not only did everything come in great condition, but came today on Easter Sunday, I believe more than a week early, despite the current events. As somone receiving a delivery from them for the first time, I called their 800 number and was VERY pleasantly surprised to talk to a real person. All of my questions were answered politely.
