We just recently purchased a new house and used Matt, Joann and the team at Neighborhood Loans for closing. They provided a simple, seamless experience. They were highly responsive, fielded all of our questions and showed that they know their product inside and out. It was a huge benefit to have a professional team that is local and could turn things around so quickly. The technology they use allows for a lot of the legwork to be done online, if you prefer, which was a big benefit for us. I would highly recommend partnering with them.

When it comes to a mortgage, I highly recommend Matt Scott! We considered going with a bank but we are so glad we went with someone local and close to home. From the moment I first spoke to Matt he was always extremely accessible and caring. He took the time to make sure that I understood everything about the application process and our loan and was very communicative throughout the process. We ended up doing a very fast closing. We were so lucky to have Matt and his team to guide us through the process and make sure that we had everything together for closing. They guided us through a few bumps in the road and we always knew exactly where we stood. If I had any questions Matt was just a phone call or a text away and took lots of time to talk me through the process.

Matt, Joann, and Sarah were incredible! They answered almost every time I called and called me back quickly when they were busy. I had a new build so it took about a year to complete. They stayed in contact and gave me all relevant information. Matt and his team were transparent with all their fees and my day of closing process went extremely quickly. Highly recommend this team. If I buy again I will be back!
