Probably should have turned around and walked back out when I saw an empty salon with no receptionist and the only other person getting a haircut was 90, but I was desperate for a trim. Desperation got me a dry, straight across trim of 3-4" instead of 2". I can't even be mad, I knew a mall trim was a risk. ?

One of the worst experiences I'd ever had in my life. , The amount disrespect I had to deal with from this stop. With the so call manager. They lost my ring. I brought my bring to be sized and they lost my ring. They have yet to return my product and they act like it's my fault they can't find my ring. I can't believe this. I wouldn't dear send a soul to this store horrible!!!!!!

All retailers have struggled due to the pandemic shutdowns and supply chain issues. This JCPenney location is working hard to provide goods and excellent customer service. Lines can be long but the associates are doing the best that they can. Please be patient and kind. if you can't find something you are looking for, ask an associate to check to see if they can order it online for you.

So today around 11:14am I just ask this nice employee who work at the jcpenny store where the Ariana granda perfume was at cause I couldn't find it and then she was like it's over there u just need to look and I told her first if all I have trouble seeing out of my far sided right eye cause I have a lazy eye and second of all she had no right to be rude especially since employee are supposed to treat customers with respect and then when I ask what the price was cause I couldn't see it again cause it was high up and I have a tiny frame she gives me another attitude and all I'm saying is if ur gonna act that way to customers then u shouldn't be working for a company Sincerely, Kristen Tyler

Attention all shoppers! Do not attempt to shop at this JCP if you're in any type of hurry. I do not understand how retailers don't provide enough sales staff to accommodate the busy Christmas shopping season. The store looked a mess. Especially the shoe section. The first floor appeared to only have two checkout areas (not including jewelry or Sephora). I had the good fortune of finding lots of items at great prices. But the MISfortune of a checkout line about 30 folks deep (no exaggeration) and TWO cashiers. I, along with everyone else, stood in the checkout for approximately 30 minutes. Come on JCP! You can do better!

First time in location. Just want to express how pleased I was with stylist Felicity. She was very professional. I have not had my hair styled in nearly 3yrs as I wore protective styles.
Felicity, listened to a few additional hair concerns then made recommendations that will benefit myself and son. I then told her she can never leave. Yes, I was just that pleased.

It almost looks like they're closing. Overall, the store is very sparse. Manyi sale items were cleaned out, including the underwear I specifically went there for. I couldn't find it on the website, so I took the ride. I was only able to get two pair in the size I wanted, but...bonus! they were on sale for about a third of the price they normally are, with the purchase of two or more. I was a loyal Penny's shopper for many, many years when I worked at a job that required business casual clothing. Back in the day, I had a store credit card, but these days, it doesn't really even seem worth it. The only plus is that they do have great sales, still.

I went there before and had a good cut and color. This time I went to another lady there and had a horrible experience. I was there for over 4 hours to have my hair ruined. She did not listen to what I wanted. I mentioned the fact that she was addressing the main issue I came in for. She claimed she would "fix it" with toner and turned my hair purple. She then attempted to strip the toner out, now it is gray and extremely damaged. She never listened to anything I had to say and was talking to my hair! I'll never return

Worst salon experience I've ever had. Gypsy was so nice and talkative the entire time and I felt like I was in good hands since she talked about her years of experience in salons. Then she finished my hair. I had been so focused on our delightful conversation that I did not notice this woman cut my hair about 6-8 inches shorter then I told her. We had verified the length I wanted twice, and even looked at a picture of someone's hair she had done similarly. I am truly devastated. The only reparation I got was a "refund" in the form of a Penney's gift card. My hair is gone and will take years to get back. DO NOT GO HERE.
