Service is always great! I especially like to work with Cathy K. She is honest, interested in what I want. I appreciate that she suggests accessories. I am a 65 year old woman that works in a professional environment. I can always find stylish clothing that is suitable for the work place and still I can find fun things for the weekend. I love to shop their sales!!

I was shopping for my mom on Black Friday and one of the lady’s working came up to me and asked if I was shopping for myself and then proceeded to say “because I don’t think you could fit into the Petite sizes.” I left the store as fast as I could and cried in the corner of the mall.

J. Jill is a Women's clothing store located on the Second Floor of West County Center. The clothes are tailored and refined for a timeless look. This is a store where you can buy some classic wardrobe pieces. Their clothes are made of very high quality fabrics and hold up to laundering. J. Jill clothes are easy to wear and are very comfortable. J. Jill sells women's clothing in a variety of size ranges. They Sell Misses, Petites, Women's Plus, and Tall. In the past few years, they have really done a nice job of including more sizes in the retail stores. They seem to be promoting a slogan of "A fit for every body". You can also find shoes and jewelry inside these stores. J. Jill has a very user-friendly website, and returns are easily accepted at the Retail Locations. This location of J. Jill truly puts the customer first. The employees have all been very helpful, knowledge, and hard working. Be sure to come armed with a coupon when you shop J. Jill. I will return soon.

Congratulations J.Jill for an incredible store and for your team. Specially Mrs Cris. She is not only an amazing sales person but she add a lot more. She makes you feel home and come back. She has lots of knowledge and listen and gives you suggestions and so much attention. I always bring my mom here and she loves everything and specially when Cris attend us.
