Kendra is awesome, she is always there to help! I give her an A+. She always come thru (notary, safe deposit box, money transfers, questions on my account). I have been a customer for 6 years now. I know she has my back.

I have been sitting in the creve coeur branch for 45 min waiting to be helped. Meanwhile the girls behind the counter are chatting about everything under the sun. Apparently, there is only one worker who is able to do anything above and beyond a typical deposit/withdraw. I have watched the girls behind the counter turn away multiple customers because of this one guy being busy. The specialist is opening up an account for a new customer. Meanwhile all I want to do is withdraw all my money and switch banks after this experience. I highly suggest corporate rethink their customer service model.
