I have spent years trying to find a comfortable shoe/insole, etc and even had a podiatrist make custom insoles. They hurt my feet- even when I was in bed my feet ached. He kept putting me in bigger shoes so the insole wouldn't bend. Eventually i felt I was wearing clown shoes. I then tried many different brands of shoe and insoles. I could barely walk when I went into your store. Ray Easterling at the Des Pere Mo store put me in shoes that nurtured my foot, comfortable, supportive and a size I wasn't swimming in. I went back because I felt they were wearing out and he fit me again. I then went hiking on a 3 mile "moderate" trail with a few 10% +grades and lots of roots and rocks. My footing was stable and I never had to stop to get off my feet. With shoes before fleet feet I would have been in pain trying to finish the trail. In short, I feel I can walk again and the shoes fit!

I have been in some pain...andbit causes my leg to spasm out when I walk or run ..fleet feet in des peres took the time to listen to me. They offered incredible insight and recommended a ball that will work on the pain points. I am so grateful for ray and the other team members

Very thorough. They really analyze your feet and your walking. Took lots of time and different shoes until it was right and I was satisfied. Decent value too. After i bought a pair of shoes from fleet feet, i checked, and the shoes were the exact same price on Amazon. Well worth going to this store. I am definitely going back for my next pair.

Arrived and they were busy. Said it may be 25-30 minutes. Pleasantly got service in about 10 minutes. Got my foot scanned and was able to try on 6-7 pair of shoes. Found the perfect pair and out the door in 25 minutes. Love my shoes. Got them Saturday afternoon and Sunday got in 5 miles before the heat and the shoes were better than I expected b

I have shopped here 4 times now! Twice for me and twice for my wife! All four times the costumer service was 10/10!
This last time has sealed the deal for me I will be a life time shopper here for shoes!
I was put through the fitting process and that went great! They recommend a pair of ASICS and I loved them in the store felt great, but when I got home and put about 14 miles on them they killed my feet! I called and asked them if they could do something and they said come on and will take a look at what’s going on!
We tried on a couple more pairs of shoes and found a shoe I liked, and they exchanged it! Love that that they will make sure the shoe is a 100% right!

This was my first time in. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me through the custom fit process and pulled shoes for me to try based on that evaluation. It was a lot more expedient than trying pair after pair. I will definitely be back!

Customer service was great!! I didn't feel as if I was being sold on a product more so they were teaching me about the shoes which would help my feet problems. Pricing is the same as anywhere else. Will be returning for all my other shoe needs!!

Great store with specialized knowledge. On this trip, I bought a pair of socks I didn't intend to purchase on the strong recommendation of the sales person. Turns out I love them so much, I'll go back and get another pair!
