I tried to send a package to my niece and it was the correct address. For some reason it came back to me and they refused to resend it. The manager was snappish and rude to me. I wasn’t upset or anything so I don’t know why she was, I won’t go back here unless I have to. The manager needs a lesson in customer service.

The management and employees at this location are really awesome. Everyone is professional, pleasant to deal with, and they go above and beyond to help customers. If you ever need items packed and shipped - I would recommend coming here. I've shipped many fragile items from this location and have always received very positive feedback on the quality of packing.

This isn't a FedEx location -- it's just a FedEx mailbox. You can drop off something already fully labeled and paid for our pick up something sent here. You can't do anything else. You cannot pay for shipping or create a label or anything else helpful really. The staff was nice.
